Our flag-ship coaching program will focus on enhancing confident leadership performance. It does this through 4 strength-based assessments. They will assist you to understand the details of what makes you, like other great leaders, respected and influential.

Challenge yourself and raise your own performance bar. Improve your awareness, self-confidence, timing, and your ability to think and make essential decisions. Strengths-based assessments can be incredibly insightful and valuable. To others, they are an added bonus.  Build on your own unique set of strengths. Receive a total of twenty-four 1-1 Leadership Enhancement Coaching sessions over the next 12 months. That’s approximately one session every other week, based on your availability. We’ll integrate the results of 4 Strengths-focused Assessments into your daily routines. Easily access your new states of strength – your flow zone! Receive associated support material in the form of performance targets for performance enhancement and your personalized Leadership Dashboard.

Great performance isn’t hard to understand. Successfully push your personal limits, right? First, you’re going to have to know a little something about those limits. Utilize Psychologically based coaching to really get to know yours and to enhance your performance. You’ll learn, change, and evolve, with a specific connection to your desired area of interest.

As with all our coaching protocols, you will complete an online assessment that highlights your strengths. Plus, you will receive 6 sessions. Each session will assist you to integrate your newly understood strengths into your day-to-day decisions and activities. We’ll repeat this process three times with 3 unique strengths-focused assessments. Each one will assist you to familiarize yourself, prepare, and to push right by any current limitations.

Don’t let an anger problem hold you back. Eliminate potential errors related to anger-infected actions. A primary focus of this coaching protocol will be to practice your strengths. Replace your worst of 21 anger-infected habits with a new enhanced awareness. Start thinking and feeling differently. Take a new and enlightened approach with others. Newly enhanced skill-set plus fresh expectations will lead you toward optimal experiences, compassionate communication, and excellent relationships. Begin to experience everything and everyone around you in a different way.

You’ll complete two psychological assessments. One anger assessment. Plus 1 strengths-focused assessment. Achieve Your Anger Advantage. Your Executive Coach will support and encourage you in the process. You’ll be able to recognize your new skills as a badge of honor.

Although you can talk about anything with a Psychologist, we all have preferences. My preference is for coaching. I utilize only highly validated and reliable psychological assessments. I have taken all assessments myself, and I love them or I don’t use them.
