Our Shared Philosophy
At Anton Psychology & Associates, therapy is not merely about symptom reduction. It is about helping people develop the psychological conditions that allow life to be lived more fully.
Across our team, we help clients cultivate:
Steadiness – the ability to remain grounded during challenge.
Presence – the capacity to fully inhabit the moment rather than being pulled away by worry, distraction, or old patterns.
Resonance – deeper connection with oneself, relationships, and what genuinely matters.
Coherence – greater alignment between thoughts, emotions, values, identity, and action.
Stewardship – learning to care responsibly for one’s life, relationships, health, work, and future.
While each psychologist brings a unique personality and set of interests, these principles shape the spirit of our work together.
