I believe you’ll find this to be good, hopefully great. We all could benefit from having a leadership strategy that we can update quarterly or annually. But our leadership strategy, as you likely know, needs regular attention. Treat it like a living document that will reflect your current real-time situation.

FYI – Wherever you are in your profession, remember not to overdo it. Do not push too hard or for too long, as that always increases stress. Unless you live a life of leisure, you likely already have enough pressure. Just because you’re putting in 12-16 hour days does not equate to high performance. That’s essential to remember.
